Jake Edwards (Carlton) invested in property throughout his AFL career to secure his future. That first-hand experience — the research, the negotiations, the small details that move a deal — became the foundation for the agency, and the way the team works with every client today.

Why should I use a buyer's agent?
A buyer's agent works exclusively for you, not the seller. We offer unbiased market insight, off-market access, expert negotiation and full due diligence — and agents give our clients preference because finance is ready.
How much do buyer's agents cost?
Typically 2–3% in Queensland and under 5% in Bali. Transparent, no hidden costs.
Do buyer's agents actually save me money?
Yes — negotiation skill and market knowledge regularly save clients tens of thousands. We recently saved a family $100k+ on a Burleigh Waters home, and avoided a costly issue surfaced in due diligence.
Can you help me at auction?
