The property was on the market but advertised well above Matt's budget. Because of the trust we had built with the selling agent, they alerted us that there was an opportunity to secure it at a very different price.
Budget result
We negotiated it into Matt's budget, getting him an extra bedroom and almost double the land of other homes he'd been considering.
Outcome
Matt secured a bigger and better home in one of Robina's best pockets and streets, at a price he may never have known was possible from the listing. We bought it $250k below a comparable sale that had sold just one week earlier, giving him immediate equity on purchase.
