Journey
Our clients had been searching for a few months when we ran into them at an open home. We had previously worked with the buyer's dad, which meant there was already a strong level of trust and connection. The buyers had been having difficulty sourcing the right property in Clear Island Waters and were also finding it challenging to negotiate successfully and have their offers accepted. The first property they inspected with us immediately stood out as the right fit. It became a multiple-offer situation, but our established relationship with the selling agent helped strengthen the buyers' position and ultimately secure the property.
