How we secured this home
Client brief
They wanted a brand-new luxury family home in Broadbeach Waters, somewhere with a good yard for their dog, within walking distance of cafés. They also wanted someone they could trust to guide them through the process, lead the negotiations and identify which opportunities were genuinely worth pursuing.
Journey
We and our clients explored both on-market and off-market opportunities, but from the very beginning, one home stood out as the clear favourite — and it was the very first property they inspected. The buyers loved the home and submitted an offer, but unfortunately the sellers initially decided not to sell. Rather than walking away, we continued searching while maintaining regular contact with the selling agent from the first property they had inspected. One month after the original offer, the sellers were ready to sell. By staying patient, keeping the relationship alive with the selling agent and being ready to act when circumstances changed, we and our buyers were able to secure their dream home.
