Client brief
Their two-bedroom apartment had become too small, with limited space to entertain. They wanted a four-bedroom home within walking distance of shops and cafés, while remaining close to the hospital for work.
Journey
The clients initially focused their search on Nobby Beach and Mermaid Beach, close to where they lived. However, their budget wasn't allowing them to secure a property with the size and features they needed. We broadened the search into Broadbeach Waters, where we found an opportunity that delivered significantly more for their money. The first property they looked at in the area turned out to be the one they purchased — a four-bedroom, freestanding duplex with a pool that ticked all the important boxes.
